Why Consumers Often Err in Choosing Health Plans 
In the fall, thousands of Americans make decisions regarding healthcare plans. Many choose the wrong plan, paying more than they need to. The article discusses research on why this may be happening. Research conducted by CDS' own Eric Johnson, exploring interventions to help consumers make better decisions, is highlighted.
